Rayven Systems is a service business, not a data business. This page covers what little this site collects and why.

What we collect

If you book a call or send an email, we receive what you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your business. This site has no accounts, no forms, and no advertising trackers.

Third-party services

Scheduling runs on Cal.com, and the meeting itself is created in Google Calendar with a Google Meet link. Information you enter when booking a call is handled under Cal.com’s and Google’s privacy policies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address and pages requested) for security and uptime.

Analytics

This site currently runs no analytics. If that changes, it will be a cookieless, privacy-focused tool, and this page will say so.

How we use information

To respond to you, schedule calls, and do the work you hire us for. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

Your choices

Email ido@rayven-systems.com to ask what we have about you or to have it deleted.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date.
